1: Wheat soup, or the Yemeni mainland soup, is one of the famous soups in Yemen in various ways to prepare it with meat and chicken. It has many benefits for the body. It strengthens and helps to increase the appropriate weight and gives the body strength and stiffness. It is one of the Ramadan dishes in Yemen. Here is its easy way to prepare.
2: Ingredients
kilo of meat.
Crushed bur cup.
Onion small clip.
garlic .
A teaspoon of cinnamon.
A teaspoon of black pepper.
teaspoon crushed cardamom
A tablespoon of ground spice.
1 teaspoon tomato sauce (to taste)
Two tablespoons of white flour dissolved in a cup of water and a pinch of salt.
3: How to prepare the soup
Put water in the cooking pot about half the amount after cleaning the meat. Put it in the water until it boils and the water is cleaned of the reem.
Wash the ground crushed and placed on the meat in the pot.
Put a spoonful of the sauce, allspice and salt and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally.
After it is cooked, fry the onions and put the spices and garlic on it and put it on the soup.
Put the melted flour in the soup with constant stirring. It is possible to put a little coriander and a little ghee when serving with happiness and healing.
